Aim of the position:
The primary objective of the Partners Account Manager is to nurture and enhance relationships with key partners (corporate, banking, acquiring), oversee and manage operational processes for implementing new payment solutions and enhancing existing ones, and contribute to the development of an internal ecosystem aimed at delivering desired solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with active partners:
a) Take ownership of communication with partner representatives
b) Engage in negotiations to review cooperation terms with current partners
c) Effectively address and resolve payment-related issues and tasks that emerge during collaboration with current partners, encompassing reconciliation, settlements, compliance, and other.
- Take charge of the onboarding process and supervise the integration of new partners with the technical team.
- Supervise the corporate tools involved in building up the relationships with key providers.
What we expect:
Required:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a comparable role within the payments industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at conveying information effectively to diverse parties, and skilled in tailoring communication approaches to individual counterparts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- Can-do attitude, eager for challenges and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Inspired by unfamiliar challenges, adept at finding solutions for tasks involving multiple unknown variables.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (B2+) languages.
Preferable:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven expertise as a Partners Account Manager within the payments industry, with a specific focus on acquiring and corporate banking.
- Vast network of banking and acquiring partners, comprehensive grasp of key trends and developments in the payment partnership sector.
- Possesses strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, adept at analyzing complex information with multiple variables to make well-informed decisions and determine the most effective approach to problem-solving.
